About the Role

We are seeking a professional who can lead IT compliance efforts while also supporting technical integration activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across teams, ensuring internal processes meet compliance standards, and helping clients with technical onboarding and support.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage internal compliance activities, including documentation, scheduling, and coordination with relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain operational timelines and ensure all internal and external requirements are met.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and external parties for system integration and onboarding processes.
  • Oversee support operations to ensure timely and accurate responses to inquiries, aligned with internal service standards.
  • Monitor and report on support performance and quality.
  • Handle escalations related to compliance or technical issues, ensuring clear and professional communication.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align service delivery with compliance expectations.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in IT compliance, client operations, or technical coordination roles.
  • Strong understanding of compliance processes and frameworks.
  • Experience working with technical teams and external stakeholders on system integrations.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage sensitive topics with professionalism and discretion.

  • Experience in technology-driven or service-oriented environments.
  • Familiarity with IT security practices and client onboarding processes.
  • Background in managing or supporting client service teams.
