HRD & OD Officer - Bangna - (35-40K)
Responsibilities:
- Grasp the business objectives and collaborate closely with designated countries to oversee HR policies, procedures, and practices.
- Conduct thorough analysis and research to enhance HR efficiency and productivity.
- Take the lead in collaborating with HR partners to develop and execute robust systems and processes in employee information management, recruitment, performance evaluation, and employee engagement.
- Coordinate with different departments to implement HR practices effectively.
- Oversee specific Human Capital projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- BA/MA in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or related fields.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR functions, Organization Development (OD), People & Culture Transformation, or related fields would be advantageous.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated with strong leadership skills and a high level of responsibility.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
