N/AHRBP Manager
Location: Bangkok (CBD)
 
  • Oversee all functions of the Human Resources Business Partner team, including compensation and benefits, training and development, performance management, employee relations, and HR strategic planning.
  • Develop company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Labor Law, and communicate updates to employees regarding policy-related issues.
  • Coordinate with service providers to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing and monthly reports (SSO, PND).
  • Organize onboarding orientations for new employees, conduct exit interviews, and provide feedback to management.
  • Prepare, update, and maintain HR records, documents, policies, processes, and procedures to comply with legislative requirements, and continuously review and implement a Performance Management System.
  • Offer prompt advice and solutions to Line Managers on HR-related issues.
  • Provide counseling to employees at all levels regarding work-related problems or issues.
  • Propose and implement new initiatives to improve existing HR practices, policies, and strategies.
  • Forecast, manage, and control the HR and Administrative budget.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager.

Qualification:
  • Fluency in English and Thai communication in all areas.
  • Bachelor’s degree in management, Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, Political Science or related filed.
  • Well-round experience as an HR generalist/ business partner for at least 8 years in a multicultural working environment.
  • A strong display of maturity, professionalism, and effective communications with different levels of stakeholders.
  • Responsible and trustworthy with confidential information.
  • Dynamic and agile to be able to handle and adapt to a constant change of business requirement.
  • Possess a goal-orientation mindset to achieve tasks within the timeline.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites particularly MS Excel and Powerpoint
