HR Operations Manager
Location: Bangkok (BTS accessible)

Overview

This pivotal role focuses on ensuring compliance and overseeing all HR operations. Responsibilities include managing HR processes, administering our HRIS, preparing payroll for the finance department, and managing the performance-based bonus process. This involves coordinating peer and manager feedback as well as conducting quarterly OKR assessments. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple HR functions efficiently, with a comprehensive understanding of labor laws.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure adherence to all HR compliance aspects, including company policies and legal regulations.
  • Manage and enforce policies related to time off, salary increases, bonuses, promotions, personal improvement plans, terminations, and resignations.
  • Oversee the entire process in HRIS, including uploading yearly holiday calendars, managing time-off requests, conducting data integrity checks and updates (such as salary increases, position changes, new hires, terminations/resignations), and generating necessary reports.
  • Accurately and timely prepare payroll data for submission to the finance team.
  • Administer the performance-based bonus process, including biannual staff assessments with peer and manager feedback, and conduct quarterly OKR assessments for comprehensive performance evaluations.
  • Act as the primary contact for employees, offering guidance and support on HR matters to promote a positive and compliant workplace environment.
  • Generate accurate and timely HR reports for the Executive Team, highlighting key metrics and insights.
  • Lead and participate in HR projects aimed at improving processes and enhancing the employee experience.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of labor laws to ensure all HR practices comply with current regulations. 

Requirements
  • Fluent in both Thai and English.
  • At least 8 years in HR operations, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Experienced with start-up company is a must.
  • High level of computer literacy and proven experience managing HRIS systems (BambooHR is an advantageous).
  • Deep understanding of HR compliance and regulatory requirements, including labor laws.
  • Experience in handling and preparing payroll for finance teams.
  • Experience administering performance-based bonus processes.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate and interpret HR reports.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in managing HR data and processes.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, capable of addressing and resolving HR issues efficiently.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees, management, and finance teams.
