Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage overall HR functions and systems.
- Support workforce development, engagement, and budget planning.
- Design HR strategies for employee experiences.
- Oversee staffing, performance management, and training.
- Manage employee benefits and resolve conflicts.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure policy compliance.
- Lead HR projects and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Present HR policies to the Board of Directors.
- Perform other assigned duties.
Qualifications
- BA/ MA in Human Resource or any related field.
- Minimum 8 years' experiences in HR with solid background in HRD, HRM and OD.
- Good relationship with others, leadership skills and work well under pressure.
- Good knowledge and experiences in Labor Relations and Law.
- Good command of English communication.
