HR Manager
Location: Chiang Mai
Job Responsibilities
- Strategic Workforce Planning: Design and implement workforce strategies to meet both current and future talent demands. Develop comprehensive recruitment plans detailing sourcing channels, timelines, and budget allocations.
- Talent Acquisition: Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including drafting job descriptions, posting openings, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, extending job offers, and managing onboarding documentation.
- Performance Management: Drive the performance review process by creating evaluation tools, training managers, analyzing performance metrics, identifying patterns, and recommending actionable improvements.
- Compensation & Benefits: Administer competitive and equitable compensation and benefits programs aligned with business goals. Develop and manage employee recognition initiatives to enhance engagement and motivation.
- Learning & Development: Identify organizational development needs and deliver customized learning solutions such as training sessions, coaching, and mentoring programs.
- HR Project Support: Participate in enterprise-wide HR projects including mergers, acquisitions, organizational restructuring, and system implementations.
- Compliance & Employee Relations: Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies. Provide support in handling employee relations issues and legal matters, offering sound recommendations for resolution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Industrial Relations, Psychology, Organizational
Development, or a related field; MBA or SPHR certification is a plus. - At least 5 years of progressive experience in HR, preferably within a multi-site, matrixed organization. Prior experience in the telecommunications industry is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of achieving results while managing multiple priorities and working effectively under pressure.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to connect and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
- Skilled in using Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS platforms, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other online HR tools.
- Strong ability to establish trust and build relationships with senior leadership, colleagues, and staff.
- Innovative mindset with a drive to enhance and modernize HR practices.
