Key Responsibilities
- Manage and operate all HR functions in compliance with Thai Labor Law
- Oversee HR operations including payroll, recruitment, visa & work permit
- Handle performance appraisal systems and employee relations (ER)
- Develop manpower planning and recruitment strategies to support future business growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as an HR Manager in a manufacturing environment
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Thai Labor Law
- Experience in payroll, recruitment, visa/work permit processes
- English: Intermediate level or above (Japanese is an advantage)
