Position: HR Assistant Manager - Manager
Location: Pathumthani, Navanakorn Industrial Estate
Business: Warehouse & Logistics
Salary: 50,000 – 65,000 THB / month
Working hour: Monday – Friday, 8.30 AM – 17.30 PM, (Saturday depending on job tasks)
Job Description
- Handle over tasks in HR, HRM and HRD.
- Handling Payroll, calculation, OT, deduction, salary.
- Manage recruitment process, compensation and benefits, welfare.
- Providing Visa & Working Permit & Foreign service.
- Manage performance evaluation, manpower planning.
- Proving relate report to management level, monthly report & annual report concern to HR job.
- Providing training plan to top management level.
- Others jobs assigned by Manager.
Qualification
- Graduate in institution of education level, bachelor’s degree or higher in HR or any related fields.
- Over 5 years’ experience in HR, HRD, HRM.
- Ability to communicate in English with foreign boss.
- Able to use computer literacy in MS Office, Excel.
- Able to travel to work around Navanakorn Industrial Estate, Pathumthani.
