Head of Strategic Marketing (Cosmetics/skincare)

• In charge of research, analytics, and observe local and global cosmetics market trends.
• Making strategy based on market analysis and customer’s requirement to develop new business.
• Establish a yearly plan and manage team to deliver the best results to serve the clients.
• Do the report for both internal and external propose.
• Lead team for market visit including create the proposal that meet with the clients’ requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration or other related field.
• At least 7 working years of experience in relevant marketing and product development in the beauty/cosmetic/personal care field.
• At least 4 years’ experience in management level.
• Good knowledge of cosmetic formulation and ingredient is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in Thai and English, 3^rd language is preferable.
• Strong research & analytical with leadership skills.
• Growth mindset, can-do attitude, detail oriented, highly motivated and proactive.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
