Job Descriptions:
1. Financial Strategy & Business Leadership
- Develop financial strategies to support clinic expansion, new treatment launches, and premium service offerings.
- Partner with the CEO and management team to drive profitable growth of clinics, skincare product sales, and aesthetic services.
Evaluate ROI for new branches, high-value medical equipment, and new treatment technologies to ensure sustainable investments.
2. Financial Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting
- Lead annual budgets and rolling forecasts for all clinics and corporate functions.
- Monitor revenue from treatments, memberships, packages, and retail product sales to optimize performance.
Provide scenario planning for expansion, promotional campaigns, and seasonal fluctuations in client demand.
3. Accounting, Reporting & Regulatory Compliance
- Oversee full set of accounts for both clinic operations and corporate entities.
- Ensure accurate monthly and quarterly financial reports for management and the board.
- Manage tax compliance, healthcare-related financial reporting, and coordinate with auditors for annual audits.
Maintain clear SOPs for treatment revenue recognition, pre-paid package accounting, and product inventory tracking.
4. Cash Flow, Working Capital & Treasury Management
- Monitor cash flow from daily clinic operations, pre-paid packages, and installment plans.
- Optimize working capital by managing supplier payments, medical consumables, and retail product inventory.
Strengthen banking relationships, negotiate credit facilities, and manage payments for medical equipment imports or leases.
5. Cost Management & Profitability Analysis
- Analyze clinic P&L per branch to identify high-performing locations and areas for improvement.
- Control COGS for skincare products, consumables, and medical devices, and ensure cost efficiency in service delivery.
Support pricing strategy for treatments and products to maximize profit per client.
6. Risk Management & Internal Control
- Implement robust financial controls to secure cash collections from clinics and POS systems.
- Monitor pre-paid treatment packages and client credit balances to avoid revenue leakage.
Ensure compliance with medical, aesthetic, and financial regulations, including the management of doctor and nurse professional fees.
7. Business Partnering & Decision Support
- Provide financial insights to Marketing, Operations, and Medical teams for new campaigns, product launches, and cost optimization.
- Develop KPI dashboards for clinic revenue, customer acquisition cost, treatment profitability, and EBITDA.
Support franchise or branch expansion plans with financial feasibility studies.
8. Finance Team Leadership & Digital Transformation
- Lead and mentor the Finance & Accounting team to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
- Drive automation of POS, accounting, and clinic management systems for real-time revenue tracking and reporting.
- Build a finance culture that balances business agility and regulatory compliance in the medical aesthetics industry.
Required skills and qualifications:
Master degree or Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or any related
More than 10 years of experience in executive leadership roles
Excellent leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity
Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills
Understanding of advanced accounting, regulatory issues, and tax planning
Working knowledge of how to raise capital outside traditional lines of credit
