Position: Firmware Tester
Location: Banbueng, Chonburi.
Salary: 40,000-43,000 Baht / mth
Responsibilities
Testing and Validation:
Verify machine operation aligns with specific documentation and requirements.
Perform simulation and scenario testing on both test boxes and actual machines.
Conduct final validation testing before design freezes and releases.
Documentation and Reporting:
Accurately document all test activities, including steps, time, methods, and materials.
Identify and document inconsistencies in issue tracking systems (e.g., YouTrack, GitHub).
Log the progress of control and machine verification.
Maintain accurate reports of all testing.
Collaboration and Communication:
Clearly communicate with firmware developers and other software evaluators to ensure issues are identified and corrected.
Organize and assist with lab machine updates.
Develop flowcharts, diagrams, how-to guides, and other visual aids for engineering programs.
System Improvement and Support:
Provide design, support, and testing for engineering program software.
Recommend upgrades for existing systems and programs.
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's
degree or equivalent is required.
Experience with issue tracking systems (e.g., YouTrack, GitHub) is a plus.
Skills & Abilities:
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to translate complex problems using non-technical terms.
Good command of English.
