ETL Developer

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain data pipelines that move and transform information from multiple sources into usable formats.
• Work closely with analysts, engineers, and business units to understand data needs and deliver reliable solutions.
• Ensure data processes run smoothly and efficiently, identifying and fixing issues when they arise.
• Keep documentation up to date for workflows, data structures, and system configurations.
• Apply best practices in data validation, cleansing, and performance tuning.
• Contribute to the evolution of our data architecture and support strategic data initiatives.

Qualifications:

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with ETL tools like Talend, SSIS, Informatica, or similar platforms.
• Strong command of SQL and experience working with relational databases.
• Exposure to cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.
• Familiarity with scripting languages like Python or Bash is advantageous.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing principles and data modeling.
• A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
• Fluent in English both written and speaking.
