Position: EHS Section Manager
Salary: 50,000 – 60,000 THB
Location: Ayutthaya Factory
Key Responsibilities of the position:
Develop, implement, and maintain EHS & RBA management systems (ISO45001, ISO14001, RBA), including system audits and compliance activities.
Support and manage incident response, including accidents, injuries, infectious diseases, emergencies, and follow-up corrective actions.
Lead risk management processes, such as hazard identification, risk assessments, and hazardous substance control.
Plan and execute annual safety, health, training and budget programs, ensuring continuous improvement of EHS performance and provide report.
Conduct EHS training and safety committee activities, promoting safety awareness across all divisions.
Oversee security systems and CCTV operations, and perform special tasks assigned by management.
Qualifications required:
Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety, Environmental Science or any related.
Minimum 5 years of experience in an EHS management role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of environmental, health and safety regulations and best practices.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address EHS risks.
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with various teams.
Proactive and driven to continuously improve EHS performance.
