Our client is lookout for a Digital Ads Manager who thrives on performance, creativity, and data.
Key Responsibilities
Launch and optimize paid ad campaigns across Facebook, Google, TikTok, LINE OA, Shopee, and Lazada.
Own a monthly ad budget and drive strategic planning with cross-functional teams.
Write compelling ad copy and collaborate with creative, content, and design teams to deliver high-performing campaigns.
Run A/B tests with clear reporting and actionable insights.
Analyze customer behavior and pain points to sharpen targeting and messaging.
Continuously improve campaign performance using key metrics: CTR, CPA, ROAS, CAC, funnel efficiency, and conversion rates.
Stay ahead of trends—experiment with AI tools, TikTok Spark Ads, Shopee MyAds, and Lookalike Audiences.
Qualifications
More than 5 years of experience managing paid ads, ideally in health supplements, skincare, or beauty.
Proven success with large ad budgets and measurable results.
Strategic thinker with a solid grasp of CRM, LTV, and full-funnel marketing.
Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to turn insights into action.
