Job Description:
• Handle inquiries and communication with overseas customers. (English)
• Prepare and send quotations to clients. (English)
• Enter purchase orders (POs) into the company system for further processing.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Assist with translation and interpretation during meetings with Japanese headquarters. (Japanese)
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration (Marketing) or related fields.
• Experience in import/export business is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good communication skills in English and Japanese.
