Job Description:
Handle inquiries and communication with overseas customers.
Prepare and send quotations to clients.
Enter purchase orders (POs) into the company system for further processing.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products.
Assist with translation and interpretation during meetings with Japanese headquarters.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Marketing) or related fields.
- Experience in import/export business is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good communication skills in English and Japanese (minimum JLPT N3 level).
