Job Description:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for a variety of projects.
- Perform cost planning for new products from development state to mass production.
- Analyze cost data and identify trends and opportunities for cost savings.
- Track project costs and variances and report to project manager.
- Stay up to date on industry best practices in cost planning and estimation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, economics, business administration, finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in cost planning, supply chain, and purchasing.
- Have an experience in automotive industries is essential.
- Must have a good communication skill in English and Japanese (TOEIC minimum 550, JLPT N3+)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
