Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic B2B sales plans in line with company direction and current market trends.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to strengthen business positioning.
- Prepare sales forecasts and establish monthly and annual performance targets.
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Identify, approach, and develop new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
- Work closely with the marketing team to design promotional activities and customer engagement initiatives.
- Oversee payment collections to ensure timely revenue realization.
- Recommend process improvements or new sales initiatives to drive growth and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in corporate or B2B sales.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
- Background or familiarity with fertilizer or agricultural products is an advantage.
