Job Description:
- Manage business plan and control overall HR & GA budget.
- Oversee payroll, compensation, and benefits.
- Conduct new employee orientation and manage all training activities.
- Handle end‑to‑end recruitment process.
- Coordinate with government offices (SSF, PND1, PND1Kor, PND91 for Japanese employees).
- Manage provident fund, group health insurance, and related welfare programs.
- Prepare monthly HR reports (attendance rate, turnover rate, overtime, etc.).
- Oversee employee transportation arrangements.
- Coordinate hotel arrangements for Japanese staff.
- Coordinate with SAO for land & building tax and signboard tax submission.
- Handle VISA & Work Permit procedures and 90‑day notifications for Japanese staff.
- Organize company activities such as New Year Party and Company Trip.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager.
- Manage and control BOI system.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 10 years of experience in HR & GA.
- Proficient in payroll using B Plus Program.
Strong knowledge of VISA & Work Permit process under BOI privilege.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel & Word) and email communication.
- Able to multitask and work under pressure.
- Knowledge in ISO14001:2015 and GMP Cosmetic.
- Have a private car and a valid driver’s license.
