Responsibility:
- Oversee the daily operations of the Warehouse
- Manage, motivate and train the Warehouse staffs (10-20 staffs)
- Evaluate the performance of the warehouse staff
- Manage, organize and optimize warehouse processes (the shipping, receiving and storing of material)
- Responsible for the correct registration of inventory movements and look for optimizations
- Manage and maintain 5S
- Oversee any inventory discrepancies
- Support the implementation of the operational plan and support the measuring and reporting of the status
- Apply and safeguard in daily operations
- Perform other job related duties assigned by your manager
Qualifications:
- Thai Nationality only
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Minimum 5 years of experiences in Warehouse Management
- Management Experience is a plus
- Knowledge of ISO9001, ISO/TS16949, ISO14001
- Experience with SAP or WMS package is preferred.
- Good Command in Written and Spoken English
