Our client is world’s leading technology in automotive coating industry, they are looking for potential who can fulfill their requirement as following;
Responsibilities:
- Meeting and discuss about new project color design with customer.
- Prepare Master plan of new project.
- Prepare business plan.
- Management the manpower and follow up to new project.
- Prepare Budget, CAPEX and Expense.
- Set target about cost reduction of product.
- Support and suggestion about knowledge and solving problem.
- Study new product trial and set team of develop new project.
- Manage customer service and R&D team.
Qualifications:
- Male/ Female, age 35 years old up.
- Bachelor's degree or master’s degree of Science (Chemistry) or Engineering (Chemical Engineering).
- At least 10 years in Technical, R&D or Laboratory with Decorative Coating, Heavy Duty Coating, Industrial Coating and Automotive Coating Manufacturing only.
- 5 years in management role as Manager level.
- Good communication in English (Speaking, Reading and Writing).
- Strong analytical thinking, technical skill and leadership skill.
