Job Descriptions:
• Develops key sales and marketing strategies to drive sales in retail channel
• Oversees a team of sales specialist. As their subordinates present and develops ideas for new marketing campaigns
• Evaluates and determines marketing campaigns and their validity based on budgeting concerns and potential for success
• Develops and monitors retail department budget
• Analyzes effectiveness of the marketing campaign
Requirements:
• At least years of working in marketing development, F&B industry is preferable
• Bachelor or Master in MBA, Marketing or in related fields.
• Male or Female, Age 26-35 years old
• Strong computer skills: Microsoft Office
• Fluent level in English
• Management skill, strategic thinking, Pro-active, multi-tasking, good interpersonal skill and negotiating skills
