Our client is world leading technology of Automotive manufacturing, we are looking for potential candidate of;
Responsibilities:
- Strong in manpower management and control subordinate to achieve plan.
- Supervise staff in good discipline & cooperation to the targets / policies.
- Develop skill of staff.
- Improve quality, productivity & safety at workplace.
- To coordinate function of all departments for production requirement.
Qualifications:
- Age 28-33 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree in any Engineering, Industrial Management or related fields.
- At least 5 years in plant operation with automotive fields, especially in Manpower management, preferable company size over 1,000+.
- Document control have a good problem-solving skill, strong leadership and able to work with team.
- Able to work night shift and overtime work. (2 shift)
- Knowledges of SPC, IATF16949, ISO14001, and SSQ5K (Safety, Save Energy, QCC, 5S, Kaizen).
