Our client is world leading technology of Automotive manufacturing, we are looking for potential candidate of.
Responsibilities:
- To control and manage subordinates of process Assembly in order to achieve the division and company target
- To control and manage the standardization of work procedure, SOP in process section
- Planning production process controlling in a short term and long term.
- Support an activity for improves the quality on production process.
- Control production cost and deduct cost in production.
- Kaizen (Improvement process and production)
- Safety and sanitation management.
Qualification:
- Male, age 35-45 years old.
- Bachelor's degree of Engineering is preferring.
- At least 20 years in plant operation with automotive fields, especially in Manpower management, preferable company size over 1,000+.
- Over 5 years in management role.
- Good communication in English (Speaking, Reading and Writing).
