Our Client, a Japanese start-up company is now looking for the qualified Managing Director for managing business strategies of Thailand branch
Job Description
- Control, manage, plan and oversee all business strategies includes sales/marketing, clients’ development, sales revenues, profit goals and manpower.
- Develop plans to acquire new customers or clients, look for new potential business opportunities to grow up business and sales revenue.
- Develop new customers for new service (software application)
- Set up monthly and quarterly sales target , work with sales manager to generate new sales for achieve company’s sales target and business growth
- Understand and develop the product/service, customer’s requirement and serve them with full potential to have an effective outcome.
- Provide high-level strategic & leadership to Management Team, providing guidance and motivation to drive maximum performance
- Prepare sales/ business report to the board and shareholders
Qualification required
- Thai Nationality
- 10+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing, Strategic planning, Business Management.
- Proven track-record of business development, sales management in IT Solution, Software Application will be advantage
- Strong management skill, business /sales driven, results oriented, Able to work under pressure.
- Fluent in English.(Report to Foreigner executive level)
Location: BTS / MRT Line
Working time: Monday - Friday. 9.00-18.00
