Our client is a Japanese insurance company, is now looking for an experienced candidate to join as the Japanese Speaking Interpreter&Secretary.
Qualification

  • Thai nationality, female. Age 25-35 years old
  • Bachelor degree in any field related
  • At least 4 years’ experience as Personal Assistant or any position related
  • Business level in Japanese (Up to JLPT N2) and English
  • Experience in insurance business is preferred
  • Able to use MS office. (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Interpersonal skill, multitask skill and detail-oriented
    Job Description
  • To support Japanese manager as interpreter and assistant
  • Translate contracts, agreements and customer documents
  • Create/monitor document (Minutes, report and sales document)
  • To support sales activity (mainly Real estate, Vegetable and Training)
  • Other tasks assign by Management (Arrangement hotel and car, Support to get WP and Visa for Japanese and other general affairs)

  • Monday-Friday
