Our client is a Japanese trading, is now looking for an experienced candidate to join as the detail below.
Qualification:
- Thai nationality. Female, 24-30 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in any field related
- Have working experience at least 1 year in trading company
- Good command in Japanese (Up to JLPT 3) and English
- Experience in import-export field is advantage
- Able to use MS office (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Active personality with passion to learn new things, able to work under pressure and detail oriented.
Job description:
- Coordinate with Head Quarter (report the process of manufacturing to Japan Head Quarter)
- Get order from factory and order to domestics/oversea supplier
- Contact logistic company to manage the delivery schedule with Japan and oversea
- Manage documents (invoice, check the price, PR/PA, shipment document)

- Mon - Fri
- 8:30-17:30
