Our client is well-known automotive manufacturer that they are looking for potential candidate who can fulfil their requirement as following;
Responsibilities:
- Manage manpower planning and updating Organization Chart.
- Preparing and updating about Job Description and in charge of overall recruitment process.
- Handle the company engagement, Compliance, 5S Activity.
- Carry out KPI HRM duties and Cost HRM controlling as company’s structure.
- Organize salary adjustment and performance Evaluation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Male/Female age 30-40 years.
- At least 5 years in balance manpower, Recruitment, Assessment, Law.
- Good command of English and computer literacy
- Good at management and Solving unexpected problems
