Responsibilities:
· Plan, organize and lead credit & control team to set up loan terms and conditions
· Develop credit control system in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Finance and company executives
· Lead a team to perform daily operation of credit management includes customer credit limit assessment, AR booking, customer payment application, credit review & risk analysis to ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations
· Monitor and enforce policy in terms of credit and control to minimize the overdue problem and meet the DSO target
· Handle credit and collection control process, report and documentation
· Any other related assignments by supervisor
Qualifications:
· Minimum of Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or other related fields
· Over 10 years of strong experience in AR Control, Credit Control or Collection Management
· Good negotiation and analytical skills, able to work well under pressure, good team player and detail oriented
· Able to work in Chiang Mai province
