Job Description:
To ensure employee performance consistent with the company’s standard and find out the lost in process and continuous improvement.
Monitor and indicate the point of waste and benefit for all process.
Factory Kaizen/ Lean activities such as introducing Automation or Robotics.
Determine and develop in operation fields and working closely with production and implement working role of high performance.
To ensure the employee mindset to increase productivity and decrease waste in working time.
Qualification:
Bachelor degree or higher in electronic/mechatronic or automation engineering fields.
At least 5 years’ experience in improvement, kaizen and lean process with manufacturing industry and automation machining knowledge preferred.
Multi-tasking skills, independent and highly-responsible, proactive, good presentation skills, outstanding communication skills and excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Fluent in English.
