Our client, a Japanese consulting company is now looking for an experienced candidate to join as the ACCOUNTING AND ADMINISTRATION.
Qualifications:
- Female, Age between 23 – 30 years old
- Bachelor degree in any related field
- 2 years’ experience in Accounting and Admin work
- Good command of English (Speaking and Email)
- Good in Microsoft office ( Excel) and basic experience in accounting system
- Service oriented and open minded
- Being in tune with other’s feeling and needs
- Positive and passionate about work
Job description:
Accounting
- Maintain records on billing & collection status
- Generate invoice & DN and arrange for sending to clients
- Collect invoices from vendors and prepare documents for internal approval
- Inputting entries on accounting software
- Collect expense claims from employees and check
- Maintain & file accounting records
- Supporting preparation & submission of tax filling documents (VAT, withholding tax)
Administration
- Arrangements for sending courier, mails & distributing received courier, mails
- Correspond to telephone and connect to each department
- Correspond to visitors, serve coffee / tea to them
- Name card arrangement for staff
- Tasks that assign by supervisor
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.00 am - 5.00 pm
Working Location: BTS Asoke
