Position: Training Manager (Sales) - Property
· Ensures consistency of training information and delivery across all locations with accurate and up to date information and materials
· Responsible for all functional & Non-functional trainings for the entire employee and spot checks in alignment with organizational goals and objective
· Developing and delivering training sessions for Sales and upper tier
· Liaison with all stake holders & Optimizing training processes for efficiency nationwide
· Draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations
Qualification and experience
· Thai Nationality
· Bachelor degree or higher in related field
· Minimum 4-5 years work experience in core T&D function in sales Property Industry
· Must be a certified Training professional with insights of T&D industry
· Positive Attitude to work under pressure and short deadlines
· Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc)
· Excellent communication and leadership skills
· Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
· Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals
· Good computer and database skills
