“Our client, a Japanese Foods brand is now seeking for a R&D Marketing Manager who can handle their daily business in Thailand.”
Responsibilities
- Oversee all sales and marketing activities, and support Sales Dept. in driving sales of respective products.
- Plan and implement the local go‐to‐market product marketing strategy, including defining and communicating product value propositions and product positioning in accordance with the global product marketing strategy
- Ensure achievement of established targets
- Collaborate to develop and implement annual marketing plan in conjunction with Sales Department
- Support the preparation of business plans focused on business development for the products
- Evaluate market opportunities and decide appropriate activities in line with the strategy
- Understand customer need in the market
- Develop and implement product support and product training to ensure customer satisfaction in cooperation with Marketing and Sales Depts.
- Ensure the resolution of customer issues
- Implement and ensure compliance with global and local standards
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction
- Working with R&D and Operation Depts. to coordinate product development and production schedule
- Working with Finance Dept regarding product pricing, market pricing etc
- Working with R&D Dept and Marketing to develop technical and marketing specifications
Qualification:
- Thai nationality, male or female
- Bachelor Degree Food science higher in related field
- At least 5 years experienced in foods Manufacturing
- Excellent team leadership, communication and problem solving skills
- Good English communication skill
- Knowledge of GMP/HACCP, ISO22000, ISO1

working hour : 8.30 AM to 5.30 PM (Mon-Fri)
