Our client is one the big player in consumers product (non-food) and is looking for a Regional Marketing Manager (newly created position) who will be responsible in full loop of marketing from product development and execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy to grow the company’s brand both local and internationally.

Essential Functions:-
- Marketing Strategic & Tactical Planning including all strategic planning, price/promotion strategy, brand positioning/architecture, brand voice, and brand personality to not only Thai market but international.
- Drive brand growth by managing and leading innovation and transformation. Oversee the application of new relevant consumer insights and trends that lead to innovation.
- Manage agencies effectively to support marketing strategy & tactics, PR, design, and research
- Lead and inspire the development and execution of breakthrough brand communications in all media both online and office (more focus on online)
- Provide leadership and development to marketing team
Key Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in business, marketing, or related field
- 8+ years marketing experience with international market expansion is highly preferred.
- Background in FMCG, consumers goods, or any related.
- Proven track record of planning and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, digital channel development and successful branding and PR efforts
- Ability to lead transformation, think outside the box
- Able to travel to outside Bangkok from time to time
- Native Thai with good command of English
