Requirements:
- 3 – 5 years’ experience proven media buying experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or above.
- Experience with emerging media platform.
- Experience in positions such as planning media agencies is preferred.
- Strong analytical skill set + proven ability optimization insights from data.
- Good interpersonal skills to develop and maintain relationship with media owners and agencies.
- Proficient English for both oral and written skill.
Job Descriptions:
- Effusively negotiate and manage optimization of Brand’s offline / Online media buys.
- Serve as market expert, providing insights to marketplace conditions and opportunities in either (or both) traditional media and/ or online media such as TV, OOH, radio and digital.
- Continuously test new media buying strategies and learn from both successes and failure, along with share those insights with other terms.
- Manage market budgets and media owner deliverables (i.e. post logs including GRPS, audience impressions, spot times, etc.)
- Compile and analyze relevant metrics and KPIs on an ongoing basis in order to optimize media plans, assess media alternatives and make informed decisions.
- Manage media agency for better coordination and execution, as well as performance review and negotiation.
