Our client is a stable international company.  They are looking for Head of HR and Admin to join their organization 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the management of the day-to-day operations of all HR personnel administrative matters including Recruitment, Training & Development, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefit, Employee Relations and Office Management
  • Update and review HR policies, procedures & guidelines and enforce organization values
  • Ensure that company’s policies, procedures and company’s regulation are aligned with labor law.  Prepare, update, and communicate to employees on policy related issues
  • Establish HR structure and lead HR team to meet business goal
  • Liaise with service provider to ensure that monthly report (SSO and PND), Payroll, Visa & Work permit for expatriate staff are accurately and timely
  • Communicate and maintain positive relationships with other internal departments and external government agencies and business partners in relation to HR dealings
  • Provide prompt advices and resolutions to Line Managers and management team on HR related issues and also all level of employee concerning work related issues
  • Forecast, manage and control HR and Admin budget for salary increment, training, office management etc.
  • Oversee all tasks and matters related to the office administration and ensure office cleanliness & tidiness
  • Other related task assigned by European boss

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resource, Political Science, Business Administration or any related fields.
  • At least 7 years’ experience in HR Management and Office Management with knowledge in Recruitment, Hiring, Performance Management, Compensations & Benefits Structure, Employee Relations & Communication and Labor Law
  • Pleasant personality, strong interpersonal skill, Proactive, good team player, responsible and trustworthy with confidential information, multi-tasking and positive attitude, familiar with multinational working environment
  • Good command of both written and spoken in English

Working Hours: Mon - Fri [Flexible Hours]
