Job Description
- Manage team to provide engineering service function within deadline and meet the requirement with customer satisfaction.
- Visit customer to support and lead troubleshooting
- Proficient in leading, motivating, managing and coaching to subordinates
- Generate monthly installation, service report and analysis to management
- Cost budget control in technician service and installation
- Manage spare part to support part sales service job
Qualifications:
- Male, Thai Nationality, age 30 – 40 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree or Higher in Electrical/ Electrical Power/ Mechanical or related field
- At least 3 years experiences in After Sales Service Business
- At least 5 years experiences in Management level
- Willing to work upcountry or oversea
- Excellence in problem solving, analytical, decision making, planning and team building skills with proactive mindset
- Strong organizational, Multi-tasking, time-management skill, service minded and work well under pressure.
