Position: Warehouse and Logistics Assistant Manager (Open up to Manager level)

We are looking for Warehouse and Logistics Manager who will be responsible for the strategic and operational process of warehouse and logistic operation by driving the implementation of innovation to support industrial 4.0 and safety strategy.
Job description:
- Implement strategic plans and policies to improve warehousing operations.
- Effectively manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and ensure inventory level to align with financial plan.
- Control operation management, people and EHS.
- Effectively manage stock movement, delivery lead time and cost of transportation.
- Implement process improvement for warehouse and logistics team.
- Support and provide solution for warehouse and logistics operation issues.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as planning, procurement, manufacturing, and finance department for smooth operation to achieve the goal.
- Develop supply chain best practice to identify and analyze to build more opportunity.
- Manage and improve the service level with building up the good relationships with third party vendors and suppliers.
- Maintain materials handling equipment in warehouse operation in good conditions.
- Manage and supervise team to achieve the goal by setting up strategic direction for communication to employees, enhances their leadership capacity and capability.
- Monitor and analyze performance and plan to provide business analysis.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in any related fields.
- Experience 7-10 years in Warehouse and Logistics or Supply Chain Management
- Background from manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge in logistics and warehouse standard from sea freight is preferable.
- Good English communication with ability to work with overseas stakeholders.
- Good communication, logical thinking with negotiation and analytical skill.
- Good people management with ability to manage the strong team.
- Ability to solve the problem and working under fast paced environment.
