Position: QA Asst. Manager (Welding)
Location: Sriracha, Chonburi
Salary: 45,000 – 55,000 THB/ total monthly package

Responsibilities:
Assist in supervising and mentoring QA team members.
Conduct regular training sessions to keep the team updated on QA procedures and industry standards.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability within the team.
Oversee daily QA operations and ensure adherence to established quality standards and procedures.
Assist in developing and updating QA policies, procedures, and documentation.
Coordinate and participate in internal and external quality audits.
Identify areas for quality improvements and lead initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency.
Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and root causes of defects.
Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to address quality issues.
Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, standards, and certifications.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality records and documentation.
Prepare and present quality reports to management.
Work closely with production, engineering, and other departments to resolve quality-related issues.
Participate in new product development to ensure quality considerations are integrated from the start.
Serve as a liaison between QA and other departments to facilitate communication and collaboration.
Address customer complaints and feedback related to product quality.
Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and reduce returns and defects.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree of Engineering majored in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or higher in related fields.
At least 10 years in QA in Manufacturing, preferable Truck, Heavy Machine or Fabrication manufacturing (Welding is a must).
3 years in management role as Supervisor or Assistant Manager level.
Able to speak Japanese would be a plus.
Strong analytical thinking, technical skills, and leadership skill.
Able to work under pressure.
