LOCATION:          BANGKOK (100% on site – company lab & client site)
SALARY:               60,000 – 80,000 THB (open for discussion)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Technical Service Supervisor to join our dynamic team in the chemical coating industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing technical service operations, providing guidance to the team, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.
Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and lead a team of technical service professionals in the chemical coating business.
2. Provide technical support to customers, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
3. Collaborate with internal departments to enhance product performance and resolve technical challenges.
4. Conduct training sessions for team members and clients on new products, processes, and industry advancements.
5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing effective solutions.
6. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to improve efficiency and service quality.
7. Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in the formulation of paints and the application of additives in architecture coatings, prefer also to have the experience for wood coatings, metal coatings.
3. Proven experience in a technical service role within the chemical coating industry.
4. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
5. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
6. In-depth knowledge of chemical coating processes and products.
7. Ability to travel as required.
