Overview:
Seeking a Senior Technical Specialist to support application development and customer engagement for silicone sealants and construction-related products in the Building & Infrastructure sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and develop applications for façade and sealing solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to convert customer needs into commercial success.
- Advise on material selection, application methods, and troubleshooting.
- Conduct substrate testing, blueprint reviews, site visits, and warranty preparation.
- Deliver technical presentations and training to customers.
- Document work and contribute to knowledge sharing and industry representation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree Chemistry, Materials Engineering, or Material Science.
- Candidates with degrees in Building Sciences, Civil Engineering, or Architecture with construction materials/chemical experience are highly encouraged.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with strong interpersonal and customer-facing skills.
- Experience in project management, sealants and building materials chemistry, and application knowledge.
- Familiarity with local building codes, industry certifications, and construction practices.
- Experience working in OEM factory and construction site environments.
- Fluent in Thai; strong English communication (TOEIC ≥ 700).
