Our client is looking for an experienced Sales Specialist to join their team of 4 people in Thailand, reporting directly to the Head of Commercial.
Responsibilities:
- Support sales growth in Bangkok with a focus on orthopedic clinics by visiting customers and understanding their needs.
- Drive product adoption and revenue growth by following targeted sales plans across clinics and hospitals.
- Build strong relationships with orthopedic doctors and key decision‑makers to strengthen market presence.
- Identify new business opportunities by keeping up with customer needs, market trends, and competitors.
- Act as the internal expert in osteoarthritis and orthopedic products, offering guidance to both the sales team and customers.
Qualifications:
More than 7 years of medical or pharmaceutical sales experience
- Strong track record selling into orthopedic clinics or hospitals.
- Confident engaging with orthopedic specialists, surgeons, and clinic management.
- Existing network within Thailand’s orthopedic community is a major advantage.
- Fluent in Thai and English.
Self-driven, able to work independently, and comfortable operating in a small, fast-growing team.
