Responsibility
- Experienced in managing agencies, direct marketing, and residential real estate Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a track record of high-end residential property.
 - Develop and execute sales plans to achieve company's target.
 - Work with marketing and other related teams like Marketing, Construction, Operation.
 - Present, analysis and do a report for sales performance.
 - Present, suggest, review the properties with the client.
 - Collect data for sales closure, follow-up quotations for pricing comparison, and customer information and queries.
 - Seek and create new opportunities to increase revenue growth from clients.
 - Conduct marketing activities, inclusive of cold/warm calls, cold visits, engaging in networking events, webinars etc.
 
Qualification
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in any field.
 - At least 4 years of working experience in real estate/hospitality industry.
 - Excellent English communication skill in both writing and speaking.
 - Skilled in customer service, negotiation, and presentation.
 - Positive and can-do attitude.
 - Understanding of foreign ownership regulations and procedures.
 - Able to work collaborate with other teams and international agency.
 - Knowledge of Thai property market and sales processes.
