Our client is a NGS services & genetic tests company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage the company's sales budget; implement the forecast yearly sales target by product, along with an action plan for achieving the forecast; and plan and submit the following yearly sales target.
- Motivate all sales team members to meet targets and provide sales support to the sales team in order to close sales as effectively and efficiently as possible, as well as train selling techniques, product knowledge, and closing strategies.
- Analyze sales data and timely report sales summary and market situation to the company.
- Organize product seminars and support product introduction/knowledge.
Qualifications:
- More than 10 years of sales experience in the healthcare industry (NGS services/genetics testing industry preferred) with a background in Ob-Gyn and women's healthcare products.
- Strong experience in new business development
- Good command of spoken and written English
