We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to drive business growth in the engineering plastics segment. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical understanding of plastic materials and applications, combined with proven sales experience in industrial or manufacturing sectors.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the engineering plastics market.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across automotive, electronics, consumer goods, and industrial sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and OEMs.
Provide technical consultation and product recommendations based on customer requirements.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform business strategy.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for management.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of sales experience in engineering plastics or related industrial products.
Strong knowledge of plastic materials such as PA, POM, PC, ABS, PBT, etc.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Fluent in Thai and English.
Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
