Key Accountabilities
• Act as a trusted advisor to businesses (management team of one manufacturing site under responsibility).
• Oversee the planning, monitoring, and management of costing activities (CAPEX, OPEX, material cost, people costs).
• Analyze and report plant-level financial performance (production order analysis - standard vs. actual cost) and operational performance (e.g., productivity, quality performance) for continuous performance improvement.
• Conduct detailed costing analysis for CAPEX, OPEX, and people costs for each business under responsible manufacturing.
Qualifications
• Most preferred from consulting company, to support as financial consultant for manufacturing project, open to Auditor
• Master and above in Business administration, Financial and management accounting
• 8+ year experience in plant controlling/costing area, plus Management experience
