Global HR Manager (Project Management) - Samutprakarn - 110K Max
 
Job Overview: Take charge of Human Resources initiatives across APAC nations to bolster key business objectives. This role demands proactive analysis of potential HR needs, meticulous project design, and execution. Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners and ensure transparent communication with pivotal stakeholders for streamlined project delivery.
 
Job Description:
  • Spearhead HR initiatives spanning employee relations, performance enhancement, training, talent succession, process streamlining, cultural alignment, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with HRBPs to ensure timely and effective project rollouts.
  • Foster clear communication with business leaders and department heads, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
  • Craft project blueprints inclusive of objectives, scope, resources, timelines, and outcomes.
  • Spot and capitalize on HR improvement avenues, working hand-in-hand with stakeholders.
  • Compile HR analytics from various sources, offering insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Assist the HR Director in labor cost budgeting and provide analytical support as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Comprehensive understanding of HR domains: staffing, employee relations, compensation, performance metrics, and HR operations.
  • Stellar organizational aptitude with a knack for juggling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; adept at influencing and liaising with diverse stakeholders.
  • Clear and concise communication abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with labor cost analytics is advantageous.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of HR experience with Global Project Management.
  • Proven ability to align HR strategies with business goals.
  • In-depth knowledge of Planning & Strategy, Data Analysis, Budget control, Talent Management.
  • Strong organizational and change management skills.
  • Business-oriented mindset with excellent communication.
  • Fluent in English.
