AGM HR (SEA Region)

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategic management and development of human resources to align with the company’s goals and direction.

  • Design and oversee performance management systems for regions outside China.

  • Enhance and manage recruitment strategies for the Non-China Region.

  • Create and implement a comprehensive training plan for the Non-China Region.

  • Drive career development programs across the Non-China Region.

  • Optimize HR cost management for operations outside China.

  • Develop and enforce compensation and benefits policies for the Non-China Region.

  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and tax regulations in all Non-China locations.

  • Analyze and report on key HR metrics such as turnover, recruitment, headcount, training, and personnel costs.

  • Maintain up-to-date job descriptions and ensure adherence to job description policies and procedures.

  • Provide guidance to regional leaders and HR teams on employee relations and grievance handling in line with company policies.

  • Regularly update HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance.

  • Oversee employee benefits and welfare programs for the Non-China Region.

  • Manage annual incentive and bonus processes within set timelines for the Non-China Region.

  • Continuously improve HR service delivery and operational processes.

  • Prepare the annual HR budget in line with management directives.

  • Review and align the annual HR action plan with overall business objectives.

  • Mentor and support team members to enhance performance and support their career growth.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Human Resources Management, Development, or as a Business Partner.

  • At least 5 years in a managerial role.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills; creative, self-driven, and results-oriented.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Proficient in English communication.

  • Capable of working effectively under pressure.

  • Experience working in the Southeast Asia region is a plus.
