Job Responsibilities
-Act as the primary point of contact connecting clients with internal teams.
-Manage and support existing clients including oversee the needs and satisfaction.
-Analyze root causes, prepare reports, and present findings to supervisors.
-Summarize data and support claim submissions to customers.
-Maintain and strengthen customer satisfaction through effective communication and timely support.
-Primarily office-based role with occasional visits to the manufacturing plant.
Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
-At least 2 years of experience as a sales (automotive industry experience is an advantage).
-Good command of English (TOEIC score 550+), strong verbal and written communication.
-Proficiency in MS Excel; solid data handling and reporting skills.
-Good personality, basic negotiation skills, and effective communication.
