Hiring: Sales Assistant Manager
Salary range: Up to THB 100,000 – 120,000 (Depends on the experience)
Working date/time: Monday – Friday 8:00 – 17:00 / 2-time Saturday working per month
Probation: 119 Days
Job description:
- Collaborate with the sales manager to develop sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue targets with high volume.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including analyzing the market or competitors to find the most effective way to expand the new market.
- Business trip for each quarter based on Singapore and India to develop the sales activities and also make the business sustainable for the long term.
- Promotion of the company's technologies and products to clients in Thailand and overseas (including preparation of presentation materials).
- Monitor sales performance metrics, such as sales volume, conversion rates, the number of business chances you can reach, and other related metrics.
- Handling of meetings with Thai bases and group companies (including preparation of reporting documents).
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in the sales field for more than 7-8 years. Including management role experience will be the most preferred.
- Strong and sharp team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and trends.
- Good command of Japanese and English communication (preferred JLPT N2-N1).
- Able to work aboard (business trip) every quarter (around 1 week–1 month per trip).
